Sorry, I was wrong, I'm not using a svn checkout but the source provided
along with the jars in nuptse/externals. But while writing this mail, I
had an idea that turns out was good. I simply made a mistake in the
build.xml, the resulting fractal-adl.jar only contained class files, no
.fractal nor .dtd.
This is now hopefully fixed.
