Summary: Unusable popup menu on Sudoku V2.2 beta

Initial Comment:
When I right-click on the grid, a popup menu appear, often in the good place,
but sometimes outside the window(see the enclosed image).

Furthermore, the popup menu are unusable with the mouse(click have no 
effects).
I can only interact with it with the keyboard's arrow.

Sudoku's version : Sudoku V2.2 beta
OS : Ubuntu 6.10 "Edgy eft"
Java's version : 1.6.0 - Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b105)

The problem is caused by using
beryl(http://www.beryl-project.org/) at the same time of the
sudoku. When beryl is deactivate, this problem does not occur.
