Anne Parrain finally sorted out the show stopper bug in the PB code.
I also fixed a problem in the CSP to SAT translation.

I would like to fix the serialization related bugs detected by findbugs 
before releasing SAT4J 1.7:

I expect the new release to appear by the end of next week.
