Summary: Incorrect statistics on transactions

Initial Comment:
The JOTM statistics 'Current.getTotalBegunTransactions()' &
'Current.getTotalCommittedTransactions()' don't reflect the correct number of
transactions. 
For instance, within JOnAS, if the transaction is managed by the container for
a SSB which carries out a simple operation, the statistics are not updated. In
fact, it seems that the statistics are updated only when the transaction
embeddes an enlist operation.
