Modified: fractal-explorer.jar ow_util_explorer.jar reflect-plugin.jar

* updating the BindingComponent class with a 'singletonFc(String)' method. 
This method provides the instance of interface associated with the parameter.
* updating other projects code.
* changing default optimization level to 
'mergeContentControllerAndInterceptors'
* updating explorer framework libraries.
