Dear Philippe,

I must admit that it was a mistake, since I thought I was commiting this library update in the CLIF project (shame on me!). However, it is not a problem since this library was out-dated in Fractal's fractalrmi module too. The comment would just have been "external library update", and I confess I never enter such a kind of comment... (bad habit I guess).
FYI, this new version of the fractal-adl.jar library was generated from the last CVS version of fractaladl module.
