in tomcat it's here webapps\portal\WEB-INF\conf\database\database-configuration.xml
check jdbcexo bind-name and hibernate config with your values

org.exoplatform.services.jcr.config.RepositoryServiceConfiguration in webapps\portal\WEB-INF\conf\jcr\jcr-configuration.xml too
