eXo JCR does, JCR used as a Portal/ECM storage.
You can change it in repository-configuration.xml and check it for RepositoryServiceConfiguration component working-conf parameters dialect too.
 

I run a command line but there is an error
W:\exo>exobuild --product=portal --deploy --database=mssql --dbsetup=ask
[ERR]     UNKNOWN dialect: mssql

Seems, it's exobuild script problem only.

Good, I added : http://jira.exoplatform.org/browse/TOOLS-16 to keep track of it.
 

As for JCR we already have the article http://wiki.exoplatform.org/xwiki/bin/view/JCR/JDBC+Data+Container+config.
Dialect configuration details are there as a whole list of possible dialect values.
