[exoplatform] problems with the bar of menu

When the platform is loaded eXo there appears a bar of blue menu with white
letters.
The white words disappear immediately remaining alone the blue bar.
Already the options of the menu are not seen.
If the mouse moves on the blue bar the menu exists, they can open the options
and are active but without the words in target.


How this fault is solved?
