[exoplatform] remote host access

I install exoplatform in a host with windows xp.
The name of the host is: it1
The ip address is 192.168.62.53.
In the local and remote host XP's Firewall was disabled

In the local host
I use http://localhost:8080/portal and the program exoplatform begins 
correctly
I use http. // 127.0.0.1/portal and the program exoplatform begins correctly.
If I use the ip address of the local host - > http://192.168.62.53:8080/portal
the program exoplatform does not begin. 

From a remote host of the local net (IP 192.168.62.51)
I use the command ping to assure the connection 
Ping 192.168.63.53 - > OK
I write http://192.168.62.53:8080/portal and the program exoplatform does not
begin
I write http://it1:8080/portal and the program exoplatform does not begin

Only I accede from the local host using localhost or but 127.0.0.1
I cannot accede from the local host with IP of the local host
I cannot accede from a remote host

Where I must check to solve this problem?
