You may have a look at a portlet called 'fast content creator'. It may be helpfull for easy posting.

For what I have seen (Benjamin correct me if i am wrong), this portlet is meant to display a form and a save button that stores the content in the JCR in a predefined place.

Hmm.. is this currently part of the ECM distribution?

You won't find it in ECM 1.3.x, but the last community distribution ships with it.
On exo-eXoUltimateProduct-r22816-tomcat.zip, logon as root, then you'll find 'Fast content creator' under 'Content Management' tab.
