[exoplatform] Not reflecting the changes - header footer

Hi All,

   I have found that exo-ecm application is using 
'<EXO-HOME>\webapps\resources\community\web-content\banner.html' as header, 
'<EXO-HOME>\webapps\resources\community\web-content\footer.html' as footer.

 ISSUE: The changes done to these pages are not reflecting to the page until
clean the DB and re-create it. If any one knows how to resolve this, please
let me know the solution
