Sure, 1.4 is some old and upgrading to 2.2 (i think :) ) is in pipe, not so simple though
as requires JCR search engine upgrading, hope will be available soon

I'm trying out eXo 2.0 (latest release), and I noticed that it depends on Lucene 1.4.2, which is terribly out of date. I'm using Compass,  which requires Lucene 2.0 or higher, and seems to want to be in the container's classpath (as opposed to my portlet app's class path). Are there any plans to upgrade to Lucene 2.0? (Doing so now breaks the ECM, I believe.)
