exobuild and maven configuration

Hi all,

I'm trying to build & deploy the last svn source code and I have a recurrent 
issue:
maven is unable to download any file from the web.

I am over windows XP, i have a proxy to access internet and I use the 
exobuild.bat command line. My maven configuration seems to be right (proxy 
configured) because when I try to use mvn command line, files are easily 
downloaded.

I see that the exobuild.bat uses the maven.bsh script, but I didn't find the 
configuration loading in this code. The only maven configuration seems to be 
done in the setenv script...

My question is: 
Is the maven configuration (<maven_home_dir>/conf/settings.xml) loaded when i 
use exobuild?
