Specify portlet url parameters

Hi community,

In some page, I would like to specify url parameters to portlets to choose what action to first display.
For example, how can I create a page with the organization portlet that directly loads the group tab (uicomponent=organization-portlet&op=selectNode&objectId=UIGroupNode) and not the default user tab?
