I'm afraid you will have to build that component from the sources. Follow the instructions given by the documentation at :

http://docs.exoplatform.org/exo-documents/exo.site/developer/build.html

Make sure to include "exo-sso" in the list of components to be built.

 

We are working a subscription program that will allow people to easily obtain and install those kinds of add-ons.
