For the 1st question, this is the UI  bug. we will fix it ASAP.
For the 2nd question, you need click on preview action. The page is open
with 3 action on left side: view - edit -save. Please click on edit
action. You can see detail page info, container layout and you will see
edit page's properties action. This is the action you need.
