Catch new jar as attach

exo-portlet-container.applications.util-bridge-1.5.jar
the class org.exoplatform.ServletContextProviderImpl. But
there isn't any class inside, just few xml files.
In the directory WEB-INF/lib, any jar hasn't this class, there
is the interface ServletContextProvider but the implementation is
missing. Is it normal?
