Re: [exoplatform] Static Content Portlet Bug.

Hi,

In eXo Portal 1.1.4 out of the box, I cannot reproduce your first issue.
There is still a single record in the table after editing static content.
Are you using HSQLDB ? Is there something that can explain the difference ?

As for your second problem, it has been fixed in SVN r11758. You'll need to
extract the code from SVN and recompile it. In a near future, eXo
subscribers will receive on a regular basis service packs containing those
kinds of interim fixes. This should make this kind of updates easier,
faster and smoother.

I am using exo portal 1.1.4 and have the following problem.
I add a static content portlet and add the content. So far all seems ok.
I then go back and make changes to the content. This creates another
database record in the table DOCUMENT_CONTENT. Every time I edit the
content a new record is created. Is the normal ? How do I know what records
to remove and clean up the database ?.
Next I will edit the banner page and add some new text. The content is
written to the database and displays ok. Once I re-boot the server my
content change is over written for the file in the web-content/banner.html
page. What is the point of changing the content using the portlet when the
changes are lost. How are you supposed to edit content of your pages if the
are overwritten. So I tried changing the file on the server but the content
is not viewable until I re-start the server. I do not think this is the
intended behavior ? Is there a fix or am I missing something ?
