download maven dependencies

Benj

I solved this cyclic dep, removed portal dep from pom.xml and modified
WSRPConsumerPortlet.java
So, no one projects in exo-portlet-container have deps of exo-portal.

Jimmy, btw, I followed the sequence from
v2.x\exo-tools\build\config\modules.xml:
===========
    ...........
    <module>exo-platform</module>
    <module>exo-test</module>
    <module>exo-portlet-container</module>
    <module>exo-sso</module>
    <module>exo-portal</module>
    ..........
===========

Regards,
Alexey
