Arabic characters don't appear correctly when Oracle is used

My portal menus can be displayed in arabic (or hebraic), the strings are
defined as usual into properties files.
These properties files are then stored into resource_bundle_data table at
first
exo2 startup.

I've used exo2 version 1.1.0 without problem when saving UTF-8 arabic
character strings
into Oracle DB.

Now I've migrated to rev10706 and arabic strings are displayed incorrectly
when Oracle
db is used.
All works fine if the standard HSQL db is used.

With version 1.1.0 I simply applyed native2ascii to properties file before
db insertion,
now native2ascii seems no more necessary and saved strings contains escaped
sequences.

The oracle db charset is AL32UTF8 and, I repeat, with previous exo version
all works fine.

Another strange behaviour... all localized strings seems to contain a
newline at end.

please help me,

we must go in production and these bugs have high priority.
