velocity send parameter

hello,
i create a portlet that work such az Manage NodeType in EcmAdmin.at first i 
create a portlet that can work by velocity and i see the list of node but 
when i click on view link i can't see the UINodeTypeForm.when i debug portlet 
i see that the velocity can't send parameter to class.
