Re: [exoplatform] ECM: Get the Node object from post save node interceptor

I see

hence, I am thinking of adding the parameter inside the preference form with by default a save non required on all actions.

If the save is required then the save session floppy will appear (and get completely get rid of the floppy per items)

yes or make it configurable (like auto/manual save) if possible

In the current ECM, in fact I don't really see any use case for use of bulk session operation. Any human oriented cases you think about?

for instance if node filling assumes master-details forms (like invoice/invoiceItems)
where saving parent node make no sense without at least one child node...

i though "JCR like view" should act like some full functional JCR browser no?

it is good idea for "simplified" ECM view but not sure it is good for "advanced"
one as this way we get rid of JCR Session transient storage and therefore bulk session
operations(save,refresh)...
can we make this option configurable?

Indeed, you are right there is a problem in the design, the node
should be saved before reaching that

We have been thinking of removing the floppy disk ("save session" and
"save node") from the ECM UI and save automatically each time we do
an operation. The current way also confuses people that are used to
straight file explorers like windows or mac os ones.

I will see with Hung (ECM project leader) by the end of the week
(when I am back to Paris) if we include that in ECM 1.1 to come soon.

Hi,

I need to rea the node properties in the post node

Ideas?
