Import/Export

Hello, I try to use the import/export system.

I exported a configuration in 2 zips (organization.zip and 
services.zip), and I reinitialize my configuration, so I have only 
default users, groups and navigation. I want now import my two zip to 
have my old configuration. So I click on Upload data, I upload the two 
files and when I click on Import in Service Data for the 
organization.zip, I have the message "succefully import" and when I 
click on any button or link, I have the error 503 from Apache : Access 
Denied.

If I import first services.zip, I have all my users, groups and navigation.

So, what is the role of organization.zip ? And why, when I import it, I 
have Acces denied ?
