I don't think so (jixb is on sourceforge), there were just not there  
so we bundled them instead of asking to have them on ibiblio...

Can't they be removed or replaced by both 1.0.1 and the incoming 1.1  
or 2.0 (don't sure for version name of future work)

It was more a snapshot of 1.1 and at the end will probably be named 2.0

Well so better use the incoming 1.0.1 for your build IMO, will try to  
publish them as soon as we released the binary
