Hi,

1st, if it is the first time you build exo-platform, it's normal you get 
error when trying to clean
(no exo modules in maven repository)

2nd, I think you should first (re)install exo maven plugin. 
Download exo-tools (or just maven-plugins\exo in this dir) from svn. Go to 
        ...\exo-tools\maven-plugins\exo
and install plugin :
        maven plgin:install
Then return to exo-platform\build and try to build, it should be ok.
