New site with eXo?

Finally get time to examine eXo.

Can I build new portal/site (new view, roles with admin-users-etc.) with bin 
eXo-Tomcat distribution, or I need to use eXo-Tomcat source for that?
I ask that because I can't find where is current view (when I first start 
eXo-Tomcat) is configured?
