Well, the basic community distribution does not support WebLogic, but this is totally possible to support it in the subscription distribution. Indeed, this one targets production usage and guarantees better support of a wide range of application servers.

Please kindly suggest on this so that I can deploy it on weblogic server

e.g. edit role or edit portlet )." ?
What do you mean "I need Admin console ear" or "to configure the
portlets using Admin Console" ?

Our test portal just displays the portlets without ability to configure portlets.
What do you want to do exactly?
PS: Login in portal with exoadmin/exo, then in the menu Portal -> Portlet Registry click "import portlets" and chose the action what you need to do ( e.g. edit role or edit portlet ).
