The idea of the change was to optimize session memory consuption

Hence instead of storing jcr session in http session we get it at request time and store it in a ThreadLocal. that is why we don't need a listener to clean the session now

Otherwise how is going your developments? on our side, we will release P2 and ECM2 soon

i guess you overide the web.xml with your own right?

Nick's working with me on this, and I you're right. Looks like you guys made some changes in the latest build, so we need to update web.xml. Thanks.

I'm running exo-eXoUltimateProduct-r11432-tomcat on Ubuntu 7.10.
Exo starts up normally prior to deploying my application.  After
deploying the app and restarting eXo, I get messages like this in stderr:

     SEVERE: Context [/portal] startup failed due to previous errors

The failure seems to be traceable to this exception:

    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.exoplatform.ecm.application.JcrSessionListener

I do not find this class in any of the 128 jars in the <exo home>lib directory.
