Content Bug.
Why does the static content portlet add a new database record everytime you
change the content of the page. database table DOCUMENT_CONTENT. I have now
have humdreds of database records that are not used but it is impossible to
clean up becuase I have no way of knowing which are used. This application
is portal 1.1.4
