[clif] EXCEPTION_PRIV_INSTRUCTION (0xc0000096) when deploying cpu probe

Hello all,

I'm trying to run a CPU probe, which already fails with an
EXCEPTION_PRIV_INSTRUCTION (0xc0000096) during deployment of the test plan. 
The
environment is as followes:

Registry host: 
- Windows 7 x64
- CLIF version 2.0.5 via Eclipse plugin (Eclipse IDE for Java and Report
Developers, Build id: 20100218-1602)

Server host:
- Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x64
- 8 cores (4 cores per CPU)
- CLIF server 2.0.5 via ant 1.8.2, Java 6.0.26 x86

Steps: 
1/ starting Eclipse => OK
2/ starting CLIF Server on the Server host => OK, I can refresh the host list
in the test plan and get the server host, there
3/ Deploying a test plan to the server host which only includes the CPU probe
to fetch data from the server host fails with the EXCEPTION_PRIV_INSTRUCTION
(0xc0000096)

Test plan: 
- CpuProbe.ctp
- Id: 0; Server: <server host>; Role: probe; Class: cpu; Arguments: 1000 60;

When changing the test plan's server to localhost, the test plan can be
deployed and run.

Any suggestions or ideas?
