Hi,

A cache-effect at the server side is possible here indeed. Then it is 
possible that response times become so low that they are narrowed to 
zero ms, especially with Windows where the time resolution is coarse (in 
the sense of less accurate). Try to increase the load or/and submit 
complex requests (at least with changing content so that the cache 
effect is neutralized).
