[clif] new SVN repository

Dear CLIF users and developers,

CLIF's SVN repository is now ready, thanks to Jeremy the forge 
administrator. The CVS repository is now obsolete.

The latest stable release is branch 1.3.0.

Right now, Thomas Escalle is going to work on the SVN trunk to do a deep 
reorganization of the code base, that will be associated with a port of 
the Eclipse RCP-based console to 3.3 runtime. This will result in a less 
monolithic organization of the code and libraries, and an improved way 
of producing the CLIF plug-ins for Eclipse.
This will result in a 2.0.0 version that will redefine the way CLIF is 
compiled and packaged, but with no functional change.

While this job is being performed, the trunk must be considered as 
unstable. We ask you not to rely on the nightly builds, and not to 
commit anything in the trunk. Commits in the 1.3.0 branch should be 
avoided as much as possible, since they will require a merge with the 
trunk whose structure will be completely different.

Go ahead, Thomas! And tell us when you're done...
