Hello all,

I hereby officially ask the OW2's forge administrator Jeremy to perform 
the migration of CLIF's repository from CVS to SVN.
No commit is possible while the migration is not complete and checked.

The latest version has just been tagged (final 1.3.0) and the related 
binary distributions are now available for download.
