Summary: The monitoring panel remains blank in the Eclipse console GUI

Initial Comment:
When using the Eclipse console and running a test, the monitor panel remains
blank instead of displaying the blade types tabs with their corresponding 
graphs.
This seems to occur when the number of CLIF servers is strictly greater than 
7.
