The reason why the .project and .classpath files for Eclipse are not commited is just an IDE independence principle: CLIF development is not necessarily bound to one particular IDE.
However, I understand that finally, this would help Eclipse users while not causing troubles to non Eclipse users. As a matter of fact CLIF's .classpath is particularly tedious to build.

Can we vote for (-1/0/+1):
- commiting file .classpath for Eclipse
- commiting file .project for Eclipse
