Summary: ISAC scenario: default parameter values not saved

Initial Comment:
When an ISAC plug-in has default values for some parameters, if you don't
change this value, then this value may not be saved in the scenario file while
it should be.
The workaround is to edit this value, even if you finally enter the default 
value.
