Hi Miro, 

Ok, this is now a corrected problem inside CAROL. I'm going to release a
1.3.1 version with this bug correction, this week (perhaps today or 
tomorrow).

When the carol-defaults.properties is inside a jar file (like for
carol) the configuration mechanism could not see this properties file.

The solution with 1.3.0 is to put the carol-defaults.properties and
the carol.properties in the JOTM CLASSPATH.
