Summary: Classloader Problem with properties file

Details: In the 1.3.0 version of carol there is a classloader problem:

When the carol-defaults.properties is inside a jar (like in the carol.jar). 
If the server load classes with and URLClassLoader this properties file 
couldn't be found. 

In the 1.3.0 version, the solution is to put the carol-defaults.properties in 
the server ClassPath.In the carol 1.3.1 version this bug will be corrected by 
using a RessourceBundle
