Integration of an high availability work into Carol

Hi,

I am going to start integration of a work of load balancing and high 
availability support into carol. It will be integrated as another ORB in 
Carol (named halborb), where registries started in a cluster are replicated 
through Javagroups. They keep information on each other and a lookup can 
return a "super stub" containing references to several instances of a service 
in the cluster. These super stubs can balance requests between the different 
nodes according to the properties of the service, described in a 
configuration file used when compiling the super stubs. I will add this code 
to Carol ASAP.
I plan to try to benefit from Request Interceptors to propagate cluster load 
information from servers to clients.
This work will be used to provide clustering to JOnAS.
