Log message:
        fix build for tests becuase log4j was complaining about not finding 
an appender that existed in the log4j-sandbox jar.  Added that to the 
classpath and now the tests don't bomb out, but it reports that the servlet 
context "/Barracuda" can't be found.  Well, of course it can't, but since we 
have the test.org.enhydra.barracuda set to no additivity and level "off", I 
thought we wouldn't be getting these messages from the root appender, except 
may be in the case of other classes with their loggers running.  Hmmm... 
might require a separate log4j.xml for testing purposes.
