Log message:
        substituted version.properties with version.properties.old so that 
the contrib stuff continues to work.  We can contrinue to talk about this, 
but it really doesn't affect the main build.xml.  If we don't want to name 
all the .jar files based on the version and location information in 
version.properties, then we don't have to.  However, it is still *extremely* 
useful and, really, necessary in order for sub builds to work properly with 
as few changes as possible.
        
        Had to modify the catalina-tasks.incl because the task names were 
re-named but the places that referenced those changed named tasks weren't 
renamed.  I fixed that.
        
        Updated build-contrib.xml to refer to location and version 
information instead of ${barracuda-contrib.jar} variable which no longer 
exists in build.xml.
        
        Updated Diez' contrib project build.xml to account for a slightly new 
naming scheme for contrib webapp local location information in 
version.properties.  Specifically, I created a new variable call 
lib-local.dir to account for the change to the lib.dir in the main 
version.properties being changed to lib-cvs.  This change to the 
build.properties and version.properties will be the last needed if we keep 
the main version.properties as I am checking it in now.  That was an 
oversight and I only realized it once we chagned the build.  I guess it 
wasn't as bulletproof as I thought.  However, it is now :-)
        
        Try things out by typing:
        
        ant contrib -Dsubproject=all -Dsubtarget=catalina-install
