Hi devs,

I just wanted to mention that I recently started to work on enabling 
Acceleo's internationalization. I've already managed to externalize most 
of the plugins, namely each plug-in in the "common" and "generator" 
components.

Most of the work for the "launcher" and "bridge" components is also 
accomplished as I've already isolated the Strings that need to be 
externalized from those.

So it isn't quite ready yet, but I can expect a patch to be available as 
soon as I find time to complete this work. We'll be one step closer to a 
localized Acceleo ;).
